In 1990 Quicksilver saw a need for women’s surfer shoes because the sport always was aligned with males and thus the Roxy brand was launched. In 1996 Roxy offered its first footwear for women. Everything in the line appeals to active women and girls, for surfing enthusiasts to skiing daredevils.

There are 171 different shoes in their current collection. Women and girls can select from boots, casual shoes, flip flops and sandals.  With 25 choices customers can select ankle boots in suede and leather, knee boots and snow boots. Casual shoes include flats and slip-on styles in many colors and various materials.
